Your email, and what we do with it
Updated 16 October 2026. This covers the waitlist on this website, and speaking to the app.
What we keep
- The email address you type.
- Whether you’re 18 or over, or a parent joining for a teenager.
- That you joined from this website, and when.
Nothing else. No name, no age, no location, and no tracking cookies.
Speaking to the app
In the app you can tap the microphone and speak instead of typing. Your browser’s own speech service turns your voice into text (in Chrome that is Google’s, in Safari Apple’s, under their privacy terms). Life COO receives only the words, exactly as if you had typed them, and never a recording.
Why
Only to email you when there’s a place for you in Life COO. We don’t sell the list, share it, or use it for advertising.
Children
We don’t take a child’s email. If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian to join for you with their own email.
Where it’s kept
In Life COO’s database, run by our database provider, Supabase. Only Life COO’s own server can read the list; a website visitor can add an email but never read one.
This page and the home page load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the home page loads code from cdnjs and unpkg. Like any website, those services see your device’s address when it fetches the files.
Seeing it, or deleting it
Email [contact email] from the address you joined with, and we’ll tell you what we hold or delete it.
